Job Title: Life Insurance Sales Specialist
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Reports to: Sales Manager/Agency Owner
Job Summary:
The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of life insurance products, including term, whole, universal, and variable life insurance. This role focuses on aggressive sales initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will align with Agents First strategies, emphasizing client-centric approaches and community engagement to achieve outstanding sales performance.
Sales and Business Development:
The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of life insurance products, including term, whole, universal, and variable life insurance. This role focuses on aggressive sales initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will align with Agents First strategies, emphasizing client-centric approaches and community engagement to achieve outstanding sales performance.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed life insurance sales targets, pursue new business through networking and referrals, and stay informed about industry trends and client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized life insurance solutions, conducting needs assessments, reviewing portfolios, addressing inquiries and claims promptly, educating clients on products, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement.
Qualifications:
- Willing to obtain or currently license in Life Insurance prior to employment.
- Minimum of 1 year in life insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and executing aggressive sales strategies and initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data

- Number of new life insurance policies sold
- Client acquisition and retention rates
- Sales revenue growth from life insurance products

- Conversion rate from leads to sales
- Engagement in community and referral activities
