Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Sales Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This role focuses on aggressive sales initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will align with Agents First’s strategies, emphasizing client-centric approaches and community engagement to achieve outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for personal lines insurance products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Regularly review clients’ insurance portfolios to ensure their coverage remains adequate and up-to-date.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various personal lines insurance products and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through continuous follow-up and engagement.

Community Engagement and Networking:
- Actively participate in community events, local business networks, and professional associations to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other referral sources.
- Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share market insights and sales strategies with team members to support collective growth goals.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track and analyze sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on data insights and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Willing to obtain or actively hold a Personal Lines insurance license prior to employment.
- Minimum of 5 years in personal lines insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and executing aggressive sales strategies and initiatives.
- Previous office experience strong preferred
